I've started a daily online food journal of my, my husband's and my son's daily intake, to see where our pitfalls are and areas for improvement.  For me, I'm on track with Bernstein - all's good. A little low on the caloric intake, but clean food nonetheless.  My husband, though eats well, skyrockets on the sodium chart.  A bag of microwave popcorn here - a can of Campbell's tomato soup there - replete with a side order of salt lick.
